Fall Festival – Pastor Appreciation Celebration

Fall is drawing near and do you know what that means!?!
Pastor Appreciation is just around the corner! Let’s all come together for a fun afternoon of celebration for the awsesome pastor that we have!
We will kick the afternoon off at the youth building with some old fashioned relays and games, a covered dish dinner, a big bonfire, smores, hot cocoa and of course hayrides! If you want to bring your corn hole boards then by all means do!
What do we need:

A volunteer to take and return the hay we borrow from Sain’s Hardware (24 blaes – pick up on Friday or Saturday morning and return on Monday or Tuesday) – Please message me!

A volunteer to set up (and take down) a photo booth

Everyone to bring plenty of food to share! Casseroles, meat, veggies, your favorite sides and of course desserts!

Volunteers to help with breakdown & clean up

We need to know if you are coming so we have plenty of coffee, cocoa & smores prepared for everyone! The Sign up sheet is at the welcome desk in the foyer! (We are not doing online so everyone can see what kind of food is being brought).
